Initiation and Management of Insulin Pumps and Continuous Glucose Monitors

Katelyn Dias

Front Office

Katelyn is the first one who will greet you with a vibrant personality and is here to meet all of your front office needs. She previously worked as a unit secretary at the local hospital and as the manager at the local surgery center. Katelyn will brighten your day and keep you smiling on your way out.

Lisa Higgins is a Type 1 diabetic diagnosed at age 12. She wears an insulin pump and glucose sensor and is extremely knowledgeable in devices related to diabetes. She has been a Nurse Practitioner treating children and adults with diabetes for over 6 years.

Dr Simon has treated individuals with diabetes for over 41 years. She was the Camp Doctor at Bearskin Meadow camp for 20 years, where children were able to learn and feel more normal while being around other diabetics. She is also a Type 1 diabetic who wears an insulin pump and continuous glucose monitor.

Bonnie has worked with Dr Simon and Lisa for over 16 years. She has extensive knowledge in diabetes and diabetic devices. Bonnie is excited to be apart of our team and is here to meet you with a smile and help take care of your health care needs.
